This Salmon Pasta without Cream is the perfect dish to add to any meal. It is easily put together and is a healthy pasta dish everyone will love.

  • skillet or fry pan


  • 12 oz salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 2 cups dry cellentani pasta or, you can use any pasta you want!
  • 8 oz ¬†frozen peas or add any kind of veggie you want
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper and cook in a pan coated with nonstick spray until flaky - set aside (cook around 15 minutes)
  • Boil pasta, per package instructions, along with the peas until both are tender, drain and set aside
  • In a skillet, saute the onions in butter until fragrant
  • Add salt & pepper and wine, simmer for about 10 minutes
  • Gently fold¬† in cooked pasta & peas, flaked salmon, fresh dill, and lemon juice
  • Plate and enjoy!


Store any leftovers in the fridge.
